Dental Hygienist – Part-Time

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join an established dental practice in Billerica, MA. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist looking for a consistent part-time schedule with competitive hourly compensation.
Hours may be flexible, with the ability to start as early as 7:00 AM when needed. Additional workdays may also be available at another nearby location.
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- These are the currently available days at the Billerica location.
- Additional hours may be available at a nearby location on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Compensation
- Compensation based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services
- Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting
- Take and review dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records
- Follow infection-control and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with dentists and other clinical team members to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical and patient-education skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
