Job Summary
Our organization is seeking an experienced, high-performing Healthcare Recruiter specializing in Physical Therapy (PT) permanent placement to join our growing executive search practice. This is a fully remote, 1099 commission-only opportunity designed for a seasoned agency recruiter who thrives in an autonomous environment, possesses deep market insight into the physical therapy sector, and knows how to execute a direct-sourcing model.
As a dedicated member of our team, you will focus on permanent placement recruiting across the U.S., leveraging our national infrastructure, robust ATS, and full suite of premium sourcing tools while enjoying total schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Desk Executive Search: Execute full-lifecycle direct-sourcing and placement strategies for full-time, permanent Physical Therapists, PTAs, and related clinical professionals across outpatient, acute, and rehab settings nationwide.
- Passive Candidate Sourcing: Proactively hunt, engage, and pitch passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and cold calling rather than relying on job board applicants.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines, conducting rigorous clinical and cultural screenings to ensure high-match placements for our healthcare client partners.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain high activity levels using company-provided tech infrastructure, ensuring prompt candidate follow-up, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation management.
- Client Alignment: Partner closely with internal search leaders to align sourcing efforts with specific client mandates, speed-to-fill targets, and geographic priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Agency Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience specializing strictly in permanent placement / direct-hire staff roles.
- Niche Subject Matter Expertise: Proven, documented track record of success recruiting Physical Therapists (PTs) and allied health professionals.
- Direct Sourcing Mastery: Expertise in passive sourcing, headhunting, Boolean search strings, and phone-first recruiting techniques.
- Independent Drive: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating as a 1099 contractor in a 100% remote setting.
- Communication Skills: Professional, persuasive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build immediate credibility with clinical candidates.
