As Regional Director for a growing, forward-thinking physical therapy organization in the Northern Virginia Winchester area, you will combine clinical excellence with regional leadership to help shape the future of patient-centered PT care across an expanding clinic network.

What You'll Do

As Regional Director you will provide clinical leadership and strategic direction across multiple clinic locations in the Northern Virginia region, maintain a personal caseload delivering one-on-one patient care without the use of aides or techs, support and mentor a team of physical therapists committed to clinical excellence and professional growth, drive clinic growth and expansion initiatives across the region, contribute to administrative operations and regional performance management, collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain and elevate standards of care and patient experience, and play a key role in building a culture where therapists love coming to work and patients love their care experience.

What You'll Need

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) — required
• Active Virginia PT license in good standing — required
• Proven clinical leadership or management experience — strongly preferred
• Passion for one-on-one patient care and clinical excellence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive regional growth
• Commitment to creating a culture of clinical excellence and therapist wellbeing
