Registered Dental Hygienist

Compensation: $57–$60 per hour + commission

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice in Howell, NJ. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive hourly compensation plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to grow within an established dental organization.

Practice Hours
- Monday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Responsibilities
- Take dental radiographs and assist in identifying areas of concern
- Perform prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, and periodontal therapy
- Perform scaling and root planing (SRP) as needed
- Evaluate patients’ oral and periodontal health
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with dentists to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Strong communication and patient-education skills
- Previous experience in a multi-location or group dental setting preferred, but not required
- Denticon experience is a plus
